About TCT
For nearly a decade, Jean served as a leading talent agent in the faith-based film space, representing actors on projects such as The Chosen, County Rescue, Vindication, Lifemark, The Forge, American Underdog, and Disciples in the Moonlight.
As an LA Talent Agent, she also successfully booked talent in mainstream projects, including Yellowstone, 1923, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and Outer Banks. Her experience has provided her with firsthand insight into the qualities that distinguish actors who build lasting careers.
Sarah LeJeune is an award-winning actress, author of The Beginning Actor’s Guide, and brings 20+ years across acting, editing, screenwriting, casting direction, and content production. Her full-picture perspective is exactly what she brings to every actor she works with.

Lisa Zambetti, CSA is an Artios-nominated casting director whose work spans television, film, commercials, video games, and emerging media. Her credits include the long-running CBS series Criminal Minds and its spin-off Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, as well as serving as co-casting director on the pilot of FX’s Reservation Dogs. Her work in video game casting has also earned her a nomination for Casting Director of the Year.
With experience across both traditional and rapidly evolving areas of entertainment, Lisa brings a unique perspective on where the industry has been and where it’s headed. She has cast numerous award-winning independent films and continues to work across new formats and platforms, including projects for Audible and Skydance Media.
Lisa is also a passionate educator and advocate for actors. She serves on the faculty at UCLA and has taught at institutions including USC, UC Santa Barbara, Pace University, and The Actors Studio MFA program in New York City. She is an active member of the Casting Society’s Equity in Entertainment branch and has contributed to initiatives focused on expanding opportunities and representation within the industry.
In this masterclass, Lisa will take actors behind the casting process while also looking at the bigger picture: how the entertainment industry is changing, what those changes mean for working actors, and how actors can stay informed, adaptable, and competitive as the business continues to evolve.

Whether you're a theatre actor transitioning into TV and film, a model or commercial actor looking to expand into theatrical work, or someone who dreams of an on-screen acting career but isn't sure where to begin, our curriculum and mentorship are designed to meet you where you are and help you build a strong foundation for long-term success.

No. Many students enter without any of those things — building your materials package is part of what we cover. You need nothing except a willingness to show up and do the work.

We get it — life happens. While sessions are recorded, recordings are not distributed. Instead, that's exactly what your community is for. Your cohort and private Facebook group are there to fill in the gaps — ask your fellow students what you missed, get caught up on discussion topics, and stay connected between classes. The community is part of the program, not an afterthought.

Classes are held via Zoom. A link will be provided to enrolled students before the first session.

All sales are final once payment is received — spots are limited and held on a first-come, first-served basis, so please review the semester dates carefully before enrolling.
That said, we understand that life happens. If you become fully unable to complete the program, your spot may be transferred to another individual at your discretion.
